Capability and Performance
New Ford Bronco
You can climb steep hills, ford deep streams, and rumble through rocky canyons with ease in the new Ford Bronco. This compact SUV comes standard with four-wheel drive and 8.8 inches of ground clearance to help you clear obstacles. Bronco Raptor models have 37-inch tires, Fox shock absorbers, and up to 13.1 inches of ground clearance for even more remarkable off-road chops.
The new Ford Bronco comes standard with a turbocharged 300-horsepower four-cylinder engine, but two twin-turbocharged V6 motors are available. Properly equipped Ford Bronco Raptor trims can tow up to 4,500 pounds. Bronco models with the base engine get 20 mpg in the city and 21 mpg on the highway.
New Ford Bronco Sport
The new Ford Bronco Sport can also travel off the beaten path with confidence. Like the Bronco, the Bronco Sport comes with 8.8 inches of ground clearance and standard four-wheel drive. Five G.O.A.T. (Goes Over Any Terrain) driving modes (Normal, Eco, Sand, Slippery, and Sport) enable the Bronco Sport to manage well in almost any landscape or weather conditions.
The new Ford Bronco Sport comes with a turbocharged 181-horsepower three-cylinder engine, but a turbocharged 250-horsepower four-cylinder motor is available. Properly equipped Bronco Sport Badlands models can tow up to 2,200 pounds. An optional trailer sway control feature helps simplify towing. When configured with the standard three-cylinder engine, the Bronco Sport returns 25 mpg in the city and 28 mpg on the highway.
Interior
New Ford Bronco
The new Ford Bronco comes in two-door and four-door body styles that seat four to five people. Its horizontal dash has boxy, vertical vents, six auxiliary switches on top, and grab handles on either end. You can load up a lot of camping equipment in the Bronco, which has up to 77.6 cubic feet of cargo space in four-door models and 52.3 cubic feet of room in two-door versions. The roof and doors are removable for refreshing open-air driving.
New Ford Bronco Sport
The new Ford Bronco Sport is only available with four doors and seating for five. It does not offer a removable top or doors. Since it's a bit smaller than the Bronco, it has slightly less cargo space. The Bronco Sport has 32.5 cubic feet of room behind the back seats and 65.2 cubic feet of space with the rear seats folded down.
Technology
New Ford Bronco
You can stay connected wherever you roam in the new Ford Bronco, which comes standard with the intuitive SYNC 4 infotainment system. Even base Bronco trims come with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration, an eight-inch touch screen and a Wi-Fi hot spot. Higher models have a 12-inch touch screen infotainment system with navigation and wireless device charging.
New Ford Bronco Sport
The new Ford Bronco Sport comes with most of the same infotainment features as the Bronco, but it only offers an 8-inch display. It doesn't have a removable top, but a power moonroof is available.
